Total Voting Rights 01.10.26

The Company announces that, pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of share in issue and admitted to trading on AIM as at the close of business on 30 September is as follows:

Ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each.
Number of shares in issue: 9,370,500
Number of voting rights: 9,350,500

As at the close of business on 30 September 2026, the Company held 20,000 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
